Boiler failure

Thanks Viv, JD, H and C. It's like a bad dream. JD, we did think that our problems were behind us, but the repaired leak failed in a much more spectacular fashion yesterday morning flooding the upstairs and downstairs. We've had a lot of visitors for various aspects of the damage today and yesterday and are expecting more tomorrow and Friday. I'm currently moving much of our life into boxes in the garage.

Oh crap. Ok now things make much more sense. I hope nothing irreplaceable was damaged.

I guess the one thing to be grateful for is that this didn't happen during the cold snap.
