The day of the buttercups

Definitely a lovely time to go Viv, though there's lots of landscaping work going on. Oh, and have you noticed how Yorkshire seems to be carpeted with buttercups today Viv?

Lovely colour isn't it Euphro. I wasn't really bothering to take closeup flower shots with my camphone, but couldn't resist this colour.

Yes, I like two and six too JD. That primula meadow (6) was gorgeous. I'd quite happily have rolled in it.

That's a trellis made of growing bamboo, trained into twisting arches, with sweet peas growing up it. They're just showing off aren't they?

These are fantastic pics, OJ. Loving them, you can feel the warmth coming from both the sun and for yourself. They're a bit like a portrait of your Grandad even if he's not in them all, which is a weird thing to say I know but I just got that feeling from the images. Gorgeous, something quite moving about them as well xxx
