Crossing over the Tamar Bridge between Cornwall and Devon

Son had an interview in Plymouth this morning for an engineering apprenticeship. We drove down yesterday and stayed in a Travelodge in Saltash, which is only 5 miles from Plymouth but is in Cornwall. So we had to cross over the rather impressive Tamar Bridge. We passed through a spectacular thunderstorm on our way down yesterday, and might be more on the way looking at those clouds. Anyway the interview went well, he's a very out-going character so I think he enjoyed it. He was driving when I took this photo by the way.

Heh - always makes me think of Heathcote "Every time I Cross the Tamar, I get into Trouble" Williams.
Fingers crossed for the Offspring.

Thanks. It will be a great opportunity for him if he gets it. And get him away from home which at nearly 20 is something he needs, I think. And us :)
