You post random pictures of some intermittent time or other (walking to the post office, getting the milk) and pretend you cycled to work & back and beat your record.
I, for one, have yet to see you doing this stuff, for all I know you're sat back watching "tour-de-France" on Sky.
Nothing less than a 15 to 16 minute film of you in Lycra "doing the bizz" will convince me otherwise.

JXL - S&*T!! You've found me out!! SLG does have photographic evidence (without the lycra) of me riding the yellow peril back from the tribe's school today :)
hobo - Haven't decided which bike I'll be doing the ride on yet, I'm going to try YP on a long run this weekend and then choose after that. But I'm sure there'll be some kind of trickery involved whichever bike I take :)
Also, I was even faster to work today, just haven't gotten around to posting it yet.
