I'm sorry I have neglected you.

I haven't posted to you, I even missed your 5 birthday! Will you ever forgive me?

Here is a picture of my foot, yes It's black and bruised after a freak accident on Sunday involving a dog toy and the stairs.

I'm going to hobble to Birmingham today to see my new office. I promise to post some pictures to you.

Had something very similar a few years back, hobbled about on it a bit (well, to Australia and back actually) bound in an elastic bandage and hiking-boots.

All my toes work, which is good. It is the same leg as the torn ligaments 2 years ago!

I had frozen peas on it over night when I did it then put a support bandage on and can walk ok so I think it is just a bad sprain.

If it is any worse than that, I'm sure it will have righted itself before I get to the docs :)

Hobbled about a bit, "walked it off", carried on, turns out to be a cracked metatarsal. But I lived, I survived, I'm still here, in this wheel-chair.
