I didn't go in the end. These are just a few snaps as they went overhead. There was hundreds of balloons though and they certainly had the weather for it.
I went into town and there was a proper bus service to the event, so I'm guessing a fair number of people went.

I love those shows. I never stay, but they're so wonderful and peaceful to watch. Like fish swimming in an aquarium.
