Poured down with rain this morning. Brilliant sunshine this afternoon.

I liked the colour of the rocks in the first shot, lit by the low evening sun.
(They're Carboniferous limestone if anyone wants to know. The black band is the high water mark and the yellow/orange marking above it is lichen.)

In the second shot I was following the reflection of the sun, walking through the water to the headland in the distance.

Wendle, it is a great place to sit, I have to say. This is my favourite corner of this beach, when the tide is right.
