Enjoying our first ever breakfast on the seafront without any of the kids. Icklest 540 started school this morning, so a new chapter begins for her and us. A very weird feeling.

Hotel time for the two of you? ;)

'You' time without the kids is really important. If you haven't had a night away without the kids I heartily recommend it. We deposited ours on grandparents for weekends away regularly when they were very small. They loved it, the grandparents loved it and we definitely loved it! Just don't tell Craft where you're going :)

And I know it's corny but you do make a lovely couple.

540air says:

haha not this time, that's what led to all the school runs and sleepless nights!!

Because there are so many of us, it can be difficult to get "us time", but we should start getting a bit more now, and time for us. Badum, tish!! ;)

And thanks, that's very much appreciated :)
