Oh, wonderful! I have a bundle of old cookbooks, and 'Enquire Within' type books, some dating from the early 1800s. Some of the recipes are fantastic, but they are all for woodstoves. It can be interesting experimenting with them, trying to figure out proper temps and times with a modern stove.
