they totally dont need snow, thats not an arctic species of pengerwin. you could if you had the permit, and a pool that was cold enough. :-)

We have a very healthy population of magellanics here at the park thankfully :-)
Also "threatened" is the leastseverof all the classifications so its really not that bad
