All that amazing, vivid purple! Gorgeousness. A killing frost hit here, no more flowers.
You'll have to bring your camera down here to snap what remains of our late season color. The temperature is starting to drop, which is why the bee pictured above is so drowsy. We have maybe two or three weeks left before that glorious purple fades away... We won't have our first frost for another six weeks though.

Thank you. :) Now the colors have moved from the flowers to the leaves. I'll have to get a picture of my favorite tree in the neighborhood before it finishes turning. It's awesome to catch them in transition....
