Mine was completely frozen this morning. I had to wrench the door open and everything. I started the engine and left it warming up while I had a cup of tea, something I could never have risked doing in Leeds.
Mine was like that yesterday and again at 6.30pm when I was leaving work. I use the spare key to lock mine Joe, so I can potter inside in comfort.
Alas mine is either open or immobilised, so the doors can't be locked from the outside with the engine running..stops you locking your keys in I guess.
mine was so frozen up this morning it would barely start. but once I'd got it out of the shed and started pedalling I was on my merry way...
My doors were frozen shut, too: I had to pour some lukewarm water on them to free them. The bike was fine though :)
The walk to work this morning was bitter this morning in Bristol. First scarf of the season!
We've not had any frost yet over my way, but just looking at this makes me want to put on a scarf.
Yes, I gather that Toronto has had its first snow free October-November on record (since 1847). We are back to mild weather today with rain.
