"And as you cross the circle line,
Well the ice wall creaks behind
You're a rabbit on the run.
And the silver splinters fly
In the corner of your eye,
Shining in the setting sun.
Well do you ever get the feeling
That the story's too damn real
And in the present tense.
Or that everbody's on the stage
And it seems like you're the only
Person sitting in the audience

Skating away, skating away, skating away On the thin ice of the new day"

Rick says:

Caught me in a classic three point stance.
Getting the snow off my right shin was crazy! Love 3rd shot. Double exposure is prime.

Rick, I know - this snow is so sticky. It won't come off my Chucks at all. Thanks, the multiple is the big old tree right outside town; you shot it too.

Thanks, JD. :)

Thanks, Viv. It was nice to sneak a shot of him shooting again. :)

Thanks, Dhamaka. :)

Are you sure it is snow and not Marshmallow fluff? That stuff is sticky too.

Love the portrait of Rick, though the lack of gloves distresses me. It looks so cold still!

Caine says:

Sticky enough to be marshmallow, that's for sure. Thanks! Rick always has heavy duty gloves in the truck or stuck in his pockets somewhere. You can't shoot with them on though.
