Tonight I prepared some stuff for tomorrow's diner.
There's spinach raviolis with fresh and smoked salmon and mozarella, a praline cream to fill some puff pastry in order to make a "paris brest" which is a french cake.
As a starter, I've quickly cooked a pumpkin soup, with carrot and red onion.
More pics tomorrow when everything will be done...
