i make coffee for a living (amongst other things), and i dont even know how to do fancies like lovely hearts, i agree it makes it taste even better when the barrister has put the effort in to decorate it for you - i just cheat and use the stencil and choc powder!!!!

I am a fan of the stencil and choc powder too, or just heaps of choc powder and bugger the shape!
