Took us just shy of 8 hours walking time - we had a fairly good pace going.
Left Cardiff at 7am BST. Not a good weekend to do the walk with the clocks going forward, as it meant getting up at what was really 5am!

Well, hopefully I'll be spending a week in the Cairngorms over the summer, with the Three Peaks Challenge to contend with on the way home. So some sort of training is needed! Watch this space!

Ha ha! Followed the canal for a while so the route was pretty flat to be honest. Some noticeable inclines later on but the rest was rather shallow gradients.
