My Cheese

The fruits of my labour. My nice mild english white cheese. I only let it age for a week, but it has turned out to be a nice smooth creamy firm cheese. I'm very proud of my work. Very yummy.

Have you any special recipe plans for it or are you going to eat it all as it is?

I remember getting as far as the cottage cheese stage in biology, but we never made it all the way to full on cheese.
