"And as you cross the circle line,
Well the ice wall creaks behind
You're a rabbit on the run.
And the silver splinters fly
In the corner of your eye,
Shining in the setting sun.
Well do you ever get the feeling
That the story's too damn real
And in the present tense.
Or that everbody's on the stage
And it seems like you're the only
Person sitting in the audience
Skating away, skating away, skating away
On the thin ice of the new day"

Oooh, that's awesome! I absolutely love it.
Happy Zombie Weekend, Caine!
Thanks, Dania! It proved to be impossible for me to find a zombie pattern I liked, so I adapted one of my art pieces. That's been an interesting experience.
Happy Zombie Weekend, Dania!
You know, that only makes it all the more awesome. It's so wonderful, I can't stop looking at it.
Aaw, thank you! It really has been interesting, changing over to such radically different media, and I haven't done much crayon dyeing* either, this is only the 3rd piece I've done it.
*Light stroking on the fabric done with crayons, applying iron to melt, lather, rinse, repeat until desired effect is achieved.
That's awesome! Happy Zombie weekend to you too.
Also thanks for the explaniation of crayon dyeing, it's always nice to learn about new crafty things.
Thanks, Viv. :)
Thanks, Spiderbaby! Crayon dyeing is interesting and a bit tricky. Another benefit when doing embroidery is that it stiffens the fabric, which is really nice when you have a large amount to stitch.
