Do you mean a case against Tesco's planning permission? To be honest, there is very little that can be done to revoke planning permissions once they have been granted... were BCC to attempt anything of the sort Tesco's lawyers would have a field day. I think you'll find Tesco is there now and will be for good although I'm guessing there will be more planning applications for improved security to the premises though.
There is a Judicial Review into BCC's handling of the application in June.
