hey rhys , is it possible that tesco shop is causing cival ? unrest might now have a case against it , for that very reason ?

Do you mean a case against Tesco's planning permission? To be honest, there is very little that can be done to revoke planning permissions once they have been granted... were BCC to attempt anything of the sort Tesco's lawyers would have a field day. I think you'll find Tesco is there now and will be for good although I'm guessing there will be more planning applications for improved security to the premises though.

There is a Judicial Review into BCC's handling of the application in June.

I'd personally be surprised if it was successful.
