Yea but - your putting chocolate in cereal, wtf? So we bring up our kids on chocolate for breakfast but not in their lunch box, it only contains vitamins because the government made you put them back in after the process you put them through destroyed any goodnes, we used to throw this shyte away until jordans created a market for it. Yea Viv its the carbs that the body stores for future use that puts weight on people, not the fat as any one who exercises knows you actually need to intake more fat and protein,
