I am a female, carbon based lifeform.
I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.
And sometimes, I even dance about Architecture.
What I see, is what you get.
omnomnomnomnom... oops, sorry...
Hopefully no to the stitches.
But, you aren't making a doublet!
That last was me, and I hope you are feeling better.
You know what guys-
its not funny. It's my left hand and the cut was bad. The fact that both of you think that's just adorable enough to make jokes about isn't endearing.
I apologise. I've had 70 stitches in my hands and I've become a bit complacent about it. I hope this incident doesn't impede your ability to create.
thank you. I was really worried, seeing as how I dont have medical insurance to just go in and fix it.
it eventually stopped bleeding, and I cleaned and wrapped it well. I cant write or use that finger at all but it doesnt seem infected and I have a smaller bandage on it now.
that's horrendous and makes me very grateful for the NHS
Alan was taken to hospital Sat because his friends were very cocerned by him nearly passing out and it torned outhatbhis bp was very low and his medicines needed adjusting. He didn't want to go but once the ambulance was calledthat was it and now his meds have beenb adjusted and they will keep a check
on him - lot tobe gratefu for.
Hope allheals well x
Thanks Viv. It didn't get infected, fortunately. It will leave (yet another) impressive scar. It is deeper near my fingertip and still very twingy at the top. But it is closed (finally) and is out of bandages.
I actually *dont* heal well- which is why Im a) so paranoid when stuff like this happens and b)practice insane levels of triage when it does happen. I scar really easily (just something I've had to learn to accept.), so if I'm cut, Im trying to minimize the damage as fast as possible.
