a bowl of fish meat,1/2 bowl sago starch,1/4 bowl cold water,salt to taste.
(a)pound or minced fish meat + salt.
(b)add in sago starch and water
(c)knead until become a soft dough.
(d)rolled a dough into oblong shape.
(e)boiled water,place the dough ,boiled
Until cooked.
(f)let it cool a few hours.
(g) sliced the fish crackers.
(h)heat 2-3 cups oil,fry till crispy.
(I)Served fish crackers with chili sauce.
