Alcoholic Ginger Beer bread

This was made using the same recipe as before but instead I used ginger
beer. It's a sweeter bread and because of the higher sugar content the crust
is very nice. This would be very nice with raisins, currants or chopped up
candied ginger.

Just in a normal bread tin.

It's a really wet dough, so you need the tin or it'll run all over the place.
