Lots of the leaves are sort of scorched and tatty close up I'm afraid
I'd never get tired of this riverbank, however scorched and tatty. It's lovely!

It is worrying how many limbs have fallen from the chestnuts - some trees have died and fallen too - wouldn't be the same without them.
