It, believe it or not, is a cauliflower. Strangest vegetable I've ever seen. I was a bit freaked out cooking it to be honest. Felt like I was eating something that should be served up on a Klingon feast or something. Was very nice though.

There was a purple cauliflower there two weeks ago!

It's a special broccoli/cauliflower thing. I've had one at gran's. It's nicer than real cauliflower, it tastes... greener.
