December Babies

I thought that by December 20th, I'd be announcing the arrival of my twin granddaughters, but they haven't put in an appearance quite yet. Still, a creche seems in order. Encased in plexiglass, this creche is outside the Notre Dame Basilica in Montreal.

They're here! Born on Christmas Day! Alice and Hazel arrived around 6:15 this evening, 5 lbs 12 oz and 5 lbs 8 oz. Everybody is doing very well; I think they're perfect!
Photos, a great many photos, are sure to follow.
