2. Yorkshire grey/dull,damp, winter weather
3. diabetes and insulin
4. a body that says back to averaging around 13-10 then - I'm happy with that
5. a husband who loves his carbs
sure I could go on but it might depress me and depression would be number 6!

Got another one a wardrobe full of clothes I rather like and that won't fit me if when I lose another stone.

1. Go shopping, with a list after eating something good but tasty.
2. Decide on what 'treats' I am going to allow myself and when. Probably after 10pm!
3. Get my SAD lamp out and use my meditation tracks to refresh me late afternoon.
4. Walk Benji earlier in the day to get the benefit of any sunshine.
5. Stick to the low GI and keep careful track of blood sugars
6. Try to change a little of Alan's lifestyle - he does like the low GI bread, which is so much healthier.
7. Research more recipes for low GI
8. Look at the clothes I've got that don't yet fit me and hang up my first target.
9. Don't sit for more than an hour!
Surely I could manage a 10 ah yes
