red cabbage gazpacho over pea/butter puree, topped with foamed mustard custard. the photo does very little justice to the colours involved.

it doesn't really taste of custard, much more mustardy than custardy. works very well with both the cabbage and the peas.

looks pretty not sure I would like it, then again I like all the ingredients.
