Who cares! There are thousands of them who are forced into begging due to crippling circumstances including mental ailments like acute depression among others. Delhi's Congress government has banned begging. Beggers are routinely rounded up are incarcarated in disgusting, stinking shelters sine die.

Agree with Viv, Sad so little has changed since I was there over 20 years ago .... still contribute to certain street charities but I think it needs a 'revolution' to make real change
