The ewe got her message across - he wasn't going totangle with her, the tup went to headbutt him, but because he didn't move they just stood looking at each other. The lamb and he went nose to nose briefly.
Well done Benji for facing down that sturdy-looking tup.
I was once chased by a girt big tup who was having a particularly grumpy rut. I spent some time being held at bay on top of a trig point until his ewes began to wander off & distracted him.
I've been knocked over by a ewe - she caught me unawares a rear guard action!
