Bizarrely the sun sank as a gold ball in a clear orange sky, yet it isn't dark yet. Now the sky is pink and the birds are still singing. It has been incredibly hot today.

BS didn't believe it when I showed him on the camera, he had to go out there to check. It's hard to get a decent pic of the sun though, it always has a cartoon halo...
