What's in my lightbox file ?

What's in my lightbox file ?

I use lightbox on android for its filters but the file it saves on my
device are UNuseable by that I mean I can't upload them to other sites or
even Bluetooth them across devices yet I can add them to @mail and get them
up on sites. Short of making sure it's right file extension and changing
its name what could be stopping my files being shared , anyone help ? Im
not very tech minded .
