In the neighbourhood with John Snow and Marianne Faithful

Can't beat a meandering walk through London. You never know what you'll find ... the water pump in the top picture is the birthplace of modern epidemiology. John Snow linked an outbreak of cholera to this pump in the 19th Century and has since appeared in practically every book on public health since.

Bottom picture - Marianne Faithfull lived on this wall for two years in the 1970s.
