Stinkhorn

I came across this fine example of a Stinkhorn while walking through woods this evening. The Stinkhorn is edible at a stage when it looks like a large white egg. I got to it half a day to late. As it matures it has a certain pong to it too, as the name implies.

Wil, my daughter just asked how you get your post when you live on a moving boat... I told her I'd ask : - )

Hi Twiglet,

What little mail we get is sent to my daughter who then forwards it 'Poste Restante', and subject to prior arrangement, to the nearest Post Office we happen to be passing by on our travels. It works a treat. This we do maybe only twice a year for things like our boat licence and insurance other than that its simply birthday and christmas post/parcels.

The internet has virtually illiminated our need for snail mail.

I hope that answers your daughters question.

Why did the mushroom go to the party...?

Because he was a fun guy!

If I had a quid for every time I'd put that joke on someone's moblog..
