The rail network here is like the DLR. There are big windows in the
front carriage though, so you can get a cool drivers-eye-view. Just
coming into Commercial Drive station, the bohemian (read as 'full of
hippies off their heads on pot') district.

I quite like the skytrain. It goes nowhere near any of the main bits of Vancouver, which makes it kinda pointless, but it's always clean, punctual and safe. Plus you can sit by the front window and pretend that you're a train driver :o)
