I'm here because it's a place where I want to be.

What do I do with my life - still pondering that, keep exploring the possibilities I suppose...

I do have another more personal moblog Vivupclose

Came back from the flower show to flowers from Dan, then we went to the Narrowboat and had some 'Blonde Witch' and then had a curry at the Aagrah - tradition had it that Alan paid for everything so that is what I expected (ie I would pay) But Beth bought the drinks and while I disappeared to the loo Dan paid for the curry! Then we came home for card/present opening and Beth had got me the mirror and added hooks for jewellery and Helen had bought me this

print which is hand finished with some gold painted the on windows (in some light looks as though the lights are on in the houses) and some delicate gold thread work.
So a good day was had and beautiful gifts to remind me. The malt was imbibed and I slept :)
